Social Responsibility

At d’Elise Hotels, we believe that hospitality also means making a positive impact on our community.

As part of this commitment, we collaborate with the Franco-Peruvian Friendship Association and the Gallo-Peruvian Educational Institution, non-profit organizations that provide support and guidance to more than 300 children in Arequipa, many of whom come from vulnerable families.

Through various initiatives, we seek to introduce children to cultural and educational experiences that allow them to discover and appreciate the richness of their city, strengthen their cultural identity, and develop a greater sense of belonging.

Our purpose is to contribute to the formation of young “Ambassadors of Culture,” promoting experiential learning, social inclusion, and respect for Arequipa’s cultural heritage.

Environmental Responsibility

We believe that every relaxation experience should also coexist in harmony with the environment around us.

Thanks to the commitment of our entire team, we have implemented an Environmental Management System certified under ISO 14001, reaffirming our commitment to a more responsible and sustainable operation.

This system allows us to manage and reduce our environmental impacts through actions focused on:

  • Responsible waste management}
  • Efficient use of water and energy
  • Continuous improvement of our processes
  • Environmental awareness among employees and suppliers

Beyond complying with environmental standards, we seek to promote a culture of conscious sustainability, integrated into our daily operations and aligned with our vision of responsible hospitality.

“We believe in a more conscious, humane, and responsible way of hosting.”
