We are a family hotel company created more than 30 years ago by a French-Peruvian couple, whose eldest daughter is called Elise.
The first hotel to open in Arequipa in the 90s was La Maison d’Elise, which means Elise’s house in French. The hotel has been expanding year after year, to put together a set of colorful and cozy mansions. El Refugio d’Elise opened its doors in the 2010s, near Chivay, in an unusual location, which reflects the passion of this couple for the Colca and its valley. Today, we offer 80 rooms near the main tourist attractions of the region and we share with our collaborators the commitment to provide our customers with a personalized and quality service, ensuring that their stay is part of the unique experience offered by Peru.
